Witr all due respect because I love your product, it seems there is no future for the average consumer and developer. Nao's price is genearlly out of reach for most consumers and the promise of Pepper for consumers at least in the USA has been cancelled deferring to business only. On my youtube page many people woule like to own a Pepper or Nao but are saddened to see units with high prices directed only at education and business markets.
When I came on as a developer in 2010 the plan then was to market apps and the company would make profits, like on mobile phones, from sales of the apps, but this was abandoned totally with Softbank takeover. I rather thought that the business sales was just a starter projec, and that when then move on to consumers but rumor has it you have no intention of putting robots in homes at this point.
You are making huge mistake because eventually someone else will come along and do just that. Where as a high end robot of yesterday available only to business and education will now become a reality for the home. It is inevitable as technology develops, and then what was once only available to big business will be out there for anyone.
Based on this obvious inevitabilty I encourage you to grab the bull by the horns and assemble a team or encourage developers to make viable apps for the home that will put your robots as ground zero, for robots in the home, before it is too late...
